প্রত্যাবর্তন নীতিমালা (বাংলা)
আমরা আশা করি আপনি রাজকন্যা বোরকার পণ্য কিনে সন্তুষ্ট! পণ্যে ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটি, ডেলিভারিতে ক্ষতি, বা রং/সাইজ অমিল থাকলে, আমরা এক্সচেঞ্জ বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেব।
- ৭ দিনের রিটার্ন পলিসি (কিছু পণ্যের জন্য সময়সীমা ভিন্ন)।
- ফেরত অগ্রহণযোগ্য ক্ষেত্রসমূহ:
- প্রসাধনী (সিল খোলা/ভাঙা থাকলে)।
- ফ্যাক্টরি-সিলড পণ্য (সিল ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে)।
- পুনঃবিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় না থাকলে বা প্যাকেজিং নষ্ট হলে।
এক্সচেঞ্জ ও শর্তাবলী:
- সাইজ/রং পরিবর্তন বা ব্যক্তিগত কারণে এক্সচেঞ্জ:
- ১ বিনামূল্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ (স্টোরে), কিন্তু কুরিয়ার চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
- আমাদের ভুল হলে: ফ্রি রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ।
- গ্রাহকের ভুল হলে: শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:
- পণ্য পরীক্ষার পর ৭২ কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড।
- যেভাবে পেমেন্ট, সেভাবে ফেরত।
